We're looking for a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) who wants to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders,
- Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality care through both in-person and telehealth visits
Qualifications
Required
- Active Connecticut APRN or Physician Assistant license
- PMHNP certification
- FNPs and PAs with psychiatric experience
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal abilities
Preferred
- Experience in psychiatry
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric treatment approaches
