Altura Medical Group is offering a unique Healthcare Community Outreach position that provides professionals with hands-on experience helping build the business development department of a growing multi-specialty medical group.

Working directly with executive leadership, you'll help strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, employers, and referral partners while gaining real experience in healthcare business strategy.

This is a paid part-time role designed for individuals who want responsibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

• Research healthcare providers and community organizations throughout Greater Danbury
• Build and maintain our Business Development CRM
• Assist with physician and community outreach initiatives
• Participate in healthcare provider office visits
• Develop marketing and outreach materials
• Help organize community education events
• Support planning for Altura Medical Group's Grand Opening
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Work on projects that become permanent organizational resources
• Seek out opportunities as an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to visit medical practices, introduce our services, distribute referral materials, and build trusted referral relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare teams

By the end of your first year, you will have developed strategic reports, business development tools, marketing materials, and outreach initiatives that continue to be used by Altura Medical Group.

This role is designed to develop future healthcare leaders through a multi-phase experience:

• Part-Time Position (Approximately 20–30 hours/week): Immersive learning, executive mentorship, community outreach, and strategic project ownership.
