Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities, relapse prevention
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment planning and coordination of care
  • Deliver high-quality services through both in-person and telehealth platforms

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Connecticut license as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMFTA, or LADC
  • Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Preferred

  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Experience working with diverse populations and culturally responsive care
  • Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
