License Requirement: Must hold a valid CT license & be bilingual in Spanish and English

Your Role:

  • Provide individual, family, or couples therapy in both English and Spanish

  • Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs

  • Use evidence-based, culturally responsive practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)

  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers as needed

  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) licensed clinician in CT (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)

  • Experience working with diverse populations and culturally informed care

  • Comfortable in both telehealth and in-person settings

  • Passionate about helping clients live more empowered, balanced lives

  • Skilled at collaboration and holistic treatment approaches
